If you turn your phone sideways (before pressing record button, not after) you will be in video mode and you will fill the entire screen verses only filming 1/3 of your video. You are filming in Picture mode and leaving out 2/3rds of what could be included in your presentation :)

I’ve always been so scared of whole chickens, and I’ve roasted multiple turkeys! You really made this look easily achievable. Thank you! Always a great sign when you can swap ingredients and it will still turn out great. I also have the same Dutch oven so will have to try!

@@passionatepennypincher I don’t think it could be any easier! I even remember 375° covered for an hour, uncovered for another 30 mins or until 165° internal. You taught me well!
