OMG I FINALLY FOUND THIS! I'm from Indonesia and my family used to live in abu dhabi for 3 years. I had a neighbor next door from kuwait who always gave us a tray full of bread for every Friday morning, so for 1 year my mom always do the same and send her own pudding creation to our neighbor, but too bad they moved after a year of getting to know each other, and we forgot to asked about the recipe. I was 7 years old back then, so I didn't recall anything about the name of the bread but I always remember how it taste. Thank you for the recipe, it brings back my childhood memories, ive tried the recipe yesterday and taste the same as the one that my neighbor made. I will definitely make this bread again and give it to my mom once i go back to my hometown ❤️

Made this recipe and totally love it. I am not an expert at baking and look for the simplest of recipes that give great results and yours is simple enough for me to try. A little suggestion: Try mixing the salt in the flour. Salinity kills yeast.

I guess if you don't use milk, the dough will not be as soft and fluffy. Can use water as milk substitute. Thats the only downside. Ive made this recpie 4 times and the dough is just gorgeous to work with (and i think its because of milk). Try it, you wont be disappointed.

Va rog din suflet sa scrieți reteta in grame si mililitri, nu ma descurc cu aceste cupe ,va urmaresc din România-București ❤
