I'm really glad I watched this, actually. I happened to walk through the room as a young teenager when this movie was being played and I saw this scene. This scene terrified me as a kid. All I could ever really remember from Saw when that came out was the needles. I don't know if this is it, but I think this is one of the things that made me TERRIFIED of needles. No joke. Every time I'd see a needle, see someone get injected or blood drawn, or when I'D get injected (shots), I'd get clamy palms, anxiety goes crazy, I panic, I almost start to cry (usually end up getting really teary eyed, and from every shot I've had, I've passed out unconscious. So yeah, this is a huge part of my phobia aha.
