I want to play a game... just- pretty much any game except for this one.

Honestly, the fact you were able to stretch a game review of a pretty nothing kind of video game to over half an hour is kind of an achievement. It did not even feel like half an hour. Quite impressive, and I agree with all your points. I am ashamed to say I have beaten this game about four times for the PS3.

The first saw game was originally meant to be a trap creater game that had you make a entire game like you was John crammer, using preset rooms in limbo with tons of customization from changing walls and floors to connecting wires for traps setting off trip wires to shut and lock players in a room with or without a gas/bomb timer allowing you to make the full game for yourself or others to go through.

One which is like a top down creation mode witb elements maybe inspired by the forge from halo with placing stuff and the other would be like the game as it is normally. 3rd person and stuff

This might sound funny, but as far as movie franchises go, Saw is the only one I've sworn absolute loyalty to. And I guess that works out, since Lionsgate usually earns ten times what they pay in production costs for these movies.

Me and my cousin got this near when it came out and were totally hooked...for like a bit of the start. Then it was just kinda the same game for the rest of it. Even I knew it was eh at the time. I think I have the second one and I think I played it for all of 1 hour before I deemed it horrid. If you cover that one, good luck. And great video as always :)

Funny enough, SH Origins, the first Western Silent Hil game also had a problem where punching was better than using weapons. Still, at least in that game, a specific enemy type and bosses couldn't be just unarmed stun locked to death unlike The Pig.

Knowing Jigsaw, I'm guessing he had a reason for Amanda being here, though I'm not entirely sure why. Remember, he did also put her in the Nerve Gas House in Saw II to observe it, where she had an antidote with her.

Honestly, the only thing I could think of watching this game was how much the whole thing was done better in Condemned Criminal Origins and Condemned 2 Bloodshot, from the combat, to the horror. You gonna check those two games out and review them? I think you’d find them to be far more engaging experiences.

For the record Jadow, Condemmed 2 is a Console exclusive, I'm not sure why that is since the original was a PC release too but whatever. it's for both the XBOX 360 and PS3 so since you have a 360 you can probably track down a copy of it.

As an added quirk about how this game goes out of its way to be an asshole to Tapp: SomeCallMeJohnny pointed out in his review years ago that the reporter guy is also the only person who's even remotely thankful that Tapp saved him, only to die immediately after being rescued.

I was wondering if this was going to get covered, the SAW games (yes that's right I said GAMES, so you got one more to do) are so bad because their trying to tie into the movies their based around. Edit: I think the point behind Tapp being blamed for the corrupted officer being in the trap is because Tapp "did his job" just as corrupt looking like the corrupted cop in the trap, Tapp went with the framed victim rather than doing actual police work and figuring that the officer was the result of the hit and run.

I honestly couldn't get into the movies because I felt that in real life the guy behind it all would've been hunted down and given the Bonnie and Clyde treatment of arrest; by sending him to hell in a shower of bullets! And the place would've been torn down. Seriously it would've made Waco look like a normal swat raid in comparison!

It’s clear she has no confidence and is questioning her own teachings, and this is used against her ultimately which leads to her untimely death. I really like this franchise.

Konami is the company that hires on new game devs without having gotten them computers or a workstation, then expects them to do coding and design work without a computer for the two weeks or so that it takes to get one in. Konami is the company so convinced that anybody can do any job that they've pulled janitors to work as game devs with zero training. Konami is the company thay charged for additional save slots in Metal Gear Survive and actual mob-style protection money for the online in MGSV. Konami is the company that outsourced Silent Hill to a basement in the Czech Republic. Konami is run by morons.

Having seen all 7 Saw movies (as well as the successors Jigsaw and Spiral), I can say that Jigsaw in the game is nothing like he was in the movies. And the fact that Jigsaw kidnaps random (possibly innocent) people for laughably asinine reasons or forces them to be cannon fodder for Tapp to kill, really makes me question if Konami ever pay attention to the movies. Although given how ridiculously elaborate and contrived the movies would soon become, I probably gave them too much credit.

Great Saw movie, promising restart for the series, really fresh entry... I kinda regret seeing it in a theater because I very nearly threw up during the Gigli Saw Trap. Yeah, Part 1's protag got killed off in Part 2 because the real life actress got a stalker off the first movie that she wanted to get rid of, and Tommy Jarvis stuck around a few movies. All the other survivors just got to move on. Even the lead in Part 3 that's implied to have gone cuckoo at the end is shown fine in Part 4.

To be fair, the PC version is identical, only missing the dlc maps and characters for multiplayer. Other then that, everything is the same. And with the PC version you can get mods that restores Escalation for some good time to kill, and yes I've tried it, works perfectly!

@@SeethingSimp It's just specific characters for me: Krystal is a very pretty shade of blue- my favorite color, built like an extremely attractive woman from the neck down (a common thread for other big Furry characters like Rouge the Bat and Lola Bunny), and the head has a few animal features but is still very cute. And Krystal's personality in the games appeals to me too.

I played the sequel on my gaming channel to launch a series devoted to overpriced games. I had to import a British copy because an American copy of Saw 2: Flesh & Blood was over $100 on eBay.
