This time 2 years ago i lived there for a while 13,000 Baht a month. Brand new never lived in, just move in. I did have to rent a scooter too. Only crashed it once on the trip home from Soi 7. Used to park it in the markets , so i didn't have too cross 2nd Road.

Beautiful. I just would not want to be on the first floor with all that water around . I know what it is like in the rainy season. There has been lots of flooding there .

1If you rent an apartment in Thailand, you must sign a lease contract, expressly not allowed to sublet the unit. You need to keep copies of passports of tenants and agents. The last and most important thing is to keep the mortgage deposit for 2 months in case the furniture is lost or damaged. Expecially in pattaya
