I have the SG1000 and absolutely love it. I do leave it on all the time and sometimes I go days and even a week before printing. No troubles and great results. I love being able to make prints for bigger sizes. I’ve done a 2XL and it’s great.

Do you have EasySubli inks in your printer? Or the SubliJet?

@@JstcountryGirl Because you have SubliJet inks, you won't see the EasySubli option. EasySubli is designed for the EasySubli inks, which have a special drying agent in them that the SubliJet doesn't have.

My print manager doesn't allow me to change substrate or material. Is it because I have th sg1000?

It should! I have an SG1000 now and I can change the substrate. Does it not allow you to use the dropdown?

When I go to make a 20 oz skinny tumbler, when I click on Print Manager, I cannot get the exact size on the Jobs Tab? I like using 9.5 W x 8.2 H. Is there a trick to getting the size exactly as I would like? TIA.

Have you tried using PrintMate? It has newer capabilities and changing sizes is pretty straightforward.

@@HeyLetsMakeStuff No I have not as I just bought the Sawgrass SG500. I did not know I could use that. I upload my images for tumblers and/or spinners using CreativeDesigns and then do the dimensions. After watching your video and another video I think I may have figured it out. But, can I just go to PrintMate and use that one?

@@lindagray2217 Yes! PrintMate is their newer software. It can be a bit glitchy at times (ugh) but it's much easier to use I think.

I just got to sawgrass about two weeks ago I'm having trouble with it, cannot even print properly. I'm doing mug sublimation and everytime I try to print it keep saying change tray 1 to custom size ( IJ Plain ) does anybody know what that means? Can someone help?

I think it’s trying to print on mug wrap sized paper? Can you change the paper size to 8 1/2 x 11?

Swgrass they have horrible customer service they don’t you support. If print machines need to fix they don’t like to fix? Any problem don’t them, they will never lesson to you. If you believe them dont believe them.
