This was seriously the best tutorial that I have watched. I couldn’t figure out why my prints were coming out weird when using a different software besides Creative Studio. But today I have learned that it was because I was not selecting the print manager. You are awesome!! Thanks so much for this. This has helped me so much!

Great tutorial! I have been using cricut design space but now bought a sawrgrass 500, but find the creative studio software lacks lots of features from design space. Can anyone tell me if Silhouette studio is the best design software that I can use with sawgrass or should I be using photo shop or something. I am no where near professional standard, but the creative studio just seems to lack lots of features. Not looking to start learning even more software thats mega complicated, just something that I can make and edit my designs and then use with my sawgrass (which I love even after 2 days!) Thank you anyone who can help.

Thank you for this video. I use silhouette studio to design my projects and print through print manager in sawgrass 500. My prints do not print like the screen In Sihouette studio. They come out dull. Can you tell me why? Example, bright pink comes out looking like mauve.

Hi Edwina! Does the color brighten after you press it? Often times with sublimation, the print will look dull but the color will brighten once the ink is activated by the heat. - Dawn

It is now 2 years later, and I have no option to select Print Manager from Silhouette Studio. I can select the Sawgrass Printer or Print Mate (which I don't want). How do I get Silhouette Studio to recognize Print Manager?

Ok. But at 3:45 you do a "fake print" off of Studio to get the Print Manager to come up. Well, I'm printing directly off Silhouette Studio and never get near the Sawgrass Print Manager. What's up with that? Been following the first 3:45 and did everything you did.

Hi jack! If you are having trouble, another option is for you to save the file to your desktop and then reopen the Sawgrass print manager and print from there. - Dawn 🙂

I’m usually a very smart tech person but this has totally thrown me a curve ball. I finally figured out how to download the printer software even though it said my Mac was Ventura was too new, go figure. Then I followed all your directions up until the click on the file print then that’s when it when from ok it’s going great to a $h!t storm really quick 😮. It doesn’t bring up the same screen as yours (what’s my luck yours is probably Windows) when I click on file print no where does it even show the Sawgrass print option 😢. HELP ME Obi Wan Kenobi your my only hope. Thank you.

Hi Nicole! Just to clarify, black is showing up as green on the paper, before you press it into your blank product? Do you have plenty of black ink in the cartridge? Sublimation ink can expire after a while as well - is the ink quite new? Are you using any colour management software like a colour profile? What printer are you using? :)

Please I need help!! I have tried to print from Silhouette Studio to the Sawgrass 1000 but I can't find the Print Manager as a selection on Silhouette Studio. Also.. every print( Heat Transfer Paper/Sublimation prints) that I send to the Cameo 4 Pro for cutting won't cut well..they won't follow the border especially for larger images. it's ruining my papers.. I am at the verge of tears!! Please, please help😭😭

too many words to say something simple. wears out my ears way before the information is presented. I grimace every time on of your videos pop up and I usually go hunt for someone else. You need a wake up buzzer to wake people up when you are done rattling on and get to the part where you actually give the information the video is about.
