When I first started watching this series, I thought you were crazy. After about 10 episodes, I thought your were a lunatic. But about half way through, it became clear that you're really a GENIUS!! These inventions are amazing! Thank you for sharing them with us. That said, I am surprised you still have all your fingers.. Goodbye colleague, and good luck.

Once again, you never stop to amaze us with your original ideas. I am sure a lot of time was spent designing let alone building it. To see the fruits of your labour in action is quite spectacular. Always well built & fully functional as one expects Mirock to do. I just cannot wait for another encore. Keep up the good work. Kind regards.

@mister0zorg
@mister0zorg 8 жыл бұрын
I'm just curious, why are you using most of the time the Festool drill (CXS or C18?) in your work? Has it something special (I saw you have some Makita drills too)? Do you like it because of the weight or is it more a sentimental value, because you are a fan of Festool? I use myself some Bosch Blue drills (GXR 18 V-EC and the FC2 Version). They were expensive but affordable near the Festool. I'm happy with them, sometimes they are too strong for some screws in soft wood. I have some Tools from Festool, so I know that one get nearly perfect precision and very good service for the big price. But I dont see a big science behind the choice of a drill. The Festool drill you use looks so small, but the price is so big. So what is your reason for choosing particular this drill?

yes i know, my first multi-tools workbench had an inverted circular saw but I raised it up from the back side of the bench so I was able to work on the left side, having my router to its right... but yes both ways work fine when you get used to it :)

Is it an idea, to make a storagespace in between the wheelguides for your straps, bolts and distanceholders? I noticed that you put them in your pocket and in the window. As a technician I know it will be lost/forgotten some time and especially when you're mobile
@mirockswoodshop
@mirockswoodshop 8 жыл бұрын
I thought about it but still have doubts.
@nachtdiertje1972
@nachtdiertje1972 8 жыл бұрын
+mirock's woodshop Can't you make a sliding tray between the wheelguides? So when you pull one of the wheelslides out, you can access this tray. This way the stability of your cart stays the same, but you have the possibility to store your parts. Also your cart can stay stacked and you still will be having access to your accessories.
