Easy Pecan Candy | My Favorite Christmas Treat!

My wife made this pecan candy 5 days before Christmas, LOL. Don't waste the crumpled mixture left on the parchment paper after baking -- you can use this for a delicious topping on ice cream or other desserts. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe. Have a blessed Christmas!

My great Aunt Rose would send up those big brown paper bags of paper shell pecans! We didn't realize how blessed we were back then. She had a few pecan trees in here yard and she would pick them up herself eventho she had problems with one of her legs. She was a great lady. Always impeccably dressed and house was well-maintained. I don't know how she did it. Sending you love Aunt Rose.🌹 We all really miss you so very much. Rest in Jesus Arms.

I love this recipe, I have made it for 3 years now. It is so easy to make and everyone loves it. I also add 1/8 tsp of ground cloves and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg. I make large batches and give to friends and family. So delicious !!

I just watched this candied pecan recipe today. I have pecan trees and this was a good year with plenty of pecans. However, I haven't finished shelling all of them yet. That's a big job!
