I have heard it said that you should not hold the springs on the body of the instrument, while installing the neck, but I don't have another option, do I? Hold the bell? I guess the concern was bending the Sax or something like that.

Do you have to wet your reed everytime you want to play your sax? or just when you first buy a reeD?

i am the most noob ever but u completely ignored the octave pin when putting the neck as if it the metal parts will magically fit i guess it doesnt matter :P
