I'm not familiar with Vmix specifically but if they have VST support that answer is YES!

RX is so much better. Izotope RX manipulates the voice less and my voice remains natural

Clarity VX worked better for me at my studio where an AC and traffic noises had to be extracted from my audio. Now that I record in my walk-in closet at home Iʼll try RX.
