I read a review in a music magazine on Steve Forbert's Jackrabbit Slim. The write up was quite positive, so I picked up the album a few days later. Well worth the purchase. This number and Romeo's tune are my favorites.

What a great song. This song hit home for me. When this song came out, I had almost lost my wife for my needless jealousy and inappropriate behavior. Along with other events, this song made me realize the inevitable result of my behavior.

I have it. It doesn't necessarily mean that I'm lonely. Am I the "Lonely girl if you have it"? Stevie Forbert would have to be one of those un-appreciated artists by artists. Awesome voice, awesome lyrics.

And what about his music ? I think it was unbelievably awesome too. I am so puzzled like you said why he turned out to be among those un-appreciated/unheard off artists . He had that British Rock & Roll style of the masters in his time. Too bad, but he was one of the best
