Mantra meditation is an old Eastern meditation technique. It tries to prevent you from getting from getting tangled up in your thoughts. But there is a much better way to avoid getting tangled up in your head.

Sit, mantra make our mind pure and relaxing, and especially the sanskrit one's make our memory strong , and it is proven by science, these are not ordinary chants, especially transform in such a way that ur whole vocal chord to tongue vibrates, u should aso chant them

This uncle is funny. Haha. As a Hindu, I like how you try to correlate Hinduism and Judaism, but sorry sir, we are very different from Abrahmics. And we don't just chant word, we have 100s of books which have mantras written in specific pattern to create different levels of frequency that impact our brain positively. Try chanting "Om", with closed eyes, you will feel the difference.

The star of David is a symbol of Judaism. In the time of the Talmud girls were married at much younger ages than is common today. In a Country where slavery is legal it is allowed, however a slave has to agree to be bought by a Jew or the Jew is not allowed to have him as a slave. Now I have a question for you. Do you worship only the One Infinite G-d and no other?
