Well there's many ways to look at this. First amendment protects. Law is anything unwanted touch to another is assault or XYZ. Words are lame but in reality, if you think about, the weak have dominated die to the strong being too dumb to not react. I'm a strong dumb ass guy who has fallen to that fault of reacting to a weak dumbass, until I learned what's right. This whole beta and alpha thing is a bunch of weak guys speaking on something hoping they convince people when in reality it's not a word in terms of social status. It's the action of the man.

His career stat line was 1 reception and I think 2 or 3 rushes. He will say he scored a touchdown but it was in a spring practice scrimmage. His biggest achievement was getting named the practice squad special teams player of the week. No shade he was on a d 1 team but again no where near excellent and def fabricated at every chance possible. Anyone who calls him on it the narrative changes to, the coach told him he knows that Brendan is better then the starters but he just can't play him cs the other guys are on scholarship. 😂 😂 d 1 best players play bottom line. The cup of coffee he loves to keep doubling down on was 1 training camp open practice to be told don't come back. No one hates Brendan but he just can't seem to tell the truth, constantly contradicts himself with zero self awareness. He over embellishes his accomplishments while looking down upon others. Frank Mir's example is terrible. You HAVE to let people say stuff like that without repercussion because as soon as there is repercussion for words nearly anything can be looked at as incendiary. The wife thing is an egregious example because most people would agree that's disrespectful. But what happens when someone takes what you said offensively yet you meant zero offense. Can they hit you ? And who decides what is insulting enough to deserve a punch ? What if he said you were ugly . Does that warrant a hit ? What if he said your wife was ugly ? You're never going to get that sort of philosophy to hold because as soon as you say people are allowed to hit someone for being rude and insulting anyone can come up with almost any reason to feel slighted or insulted when they want to hit someone.

This is the result of western liberalism where people use their poor behaviour and victim mentality to try get out of any responsibility. I tell you another scenario in a different country (country in the Balkans). Cousin of mine was working in a bar at a coastal holiday area and 3 English dudes on holidays came in and hung out with locals and drank. In the beginning they were fun and the owners were happy to see them because they kept buying alcohol, spending money and were having a good time. Then it got to a point when one of them got so drunk that he started making an ass of himself and he ended up climbing up on the bar, pulled it out and urinating all over the place. When he did that, the bartenders, patrons and security got him down and proceeded in giving him a good bashing. The other 2 mates were obviously pleading with these guys to take it easy on him and unfortunately got bashed around as well. With that said, the police were called and the English guys were pleading to them to arrest others in the bar because they were set on, but once the police found out what the guy did on the bar, they took him into the police van and continued to hit him for a few minutes more with their batons, before taking him to the police station. The whole point to this is, it all depends what everyone accepts with respect to individuals behaviour and in western culture there is a lot of fear and helplessness to seek justice and fairness even if a person is in their rights to do so.

Idk man, there is what should and should not be done in this perfect world scenario, but real life just isn't like that.
