One of my favorite things to throw on the smoker. Done it many times and so easy, fast, and delicious. Always keep a couple sealed in the freezer. Great video!

We have a pork tenderloin that I want to smoke but thought it was too cold. I see the MN sweatshirt and you said it was -10*. That is what we are at in Duluth, MN. Grilling tomorrow.

I just made one the other day. The only thing that always happens is the end 3/4 inch or so is always hard and overcooked but 95 percent of it comes out crazy juicy. I guess I could foil the ends at some point in the cook to reflect some radiant heat and maybe slow down the cooking there. Who knows….thats why BBQ is fun, there is always something new to try.

You have a fantastic rub. I also bought tailgaters and it was nothing like what you just put on that pork loin. Mine was pure powder and did not like it. Guess I need to purchase again to see if I just got a bad batch.

there is a Worcestershire powder in the party rub and it kind of settles and seams to kind of separate sometimes for me. Would recommend giving it a good shake to remix everything. hopefully its just that for you.

I've said for years, if you don't like pork, its because you've only had it over cooked. Properly done pork is tender and delicious.

I know some people don't like injecting but having said that, an apple juice injection works well
