I've been listening to this every day for several weeks and it really works. I now have no cravings for junk food and I have reduced my food consumption by half. I now crave healthy foods. My clothes have gotten loser and finally I found the will power to stick with my diet. My will power gets stronger ever day when I listen to this. Thank you for this great weight loss miracle.

I'm fairly healthy, but I've struggled with a bad habit of binge eating junk food overnight. Just found Minds in Unison a week ago and I haven't eaten overnight one time - an incredible feat. An honor to be one of the first to use this new meditation.

The food is engineered to be addictive. Over stimulate the pleasure center of the brain so we repeat behavior that feels good short term and harms us in my long run.

*LENGTHY POST* Today is Tuesday, 5/23/2023. I started listening to your other video Lose Weight Fast on Saturday, 5/20/23, then I switched yesterday to this one because for me I know IF I KICK THE JUNK FOOD ADDICTION, the weight will come off. It is not about speed for me but about results!! I have been addicted to sugar and junk food since the age of 10. It has impacted my health, such as horribly bad and missing teeth, and I shot up to over 350 pounds, did gastric bypass to lose weight, which I did. I lost about 90 pounds,.but not enough. And I still struggled with the sugar and junk food addiction. So even though I can not eat a lot of food and my friends are shocked at how little I eat, what they an many do not understand is, if I am eating poorly - meaning junk food instead of a healthy meal, of course my body will hold it as fat, since I am also now learning about insulin resistant-- a stage I feel I am in. BUT HERE is what I want to share; 3 days of listening to the Lose Weight Fast and then switching to this Junk Food video, almost non-stop, (running it during the day and running it at night while I sleep), I can share a success, NOT MEASURED BY THE SCALE, BUT MEASURED BY MY BEHAVIOR. I went to the corner store to get some diet ginger ale and whenever I do go to the store, ALWAYS IN THE FRONT OF MIND IS THE NEED TO GET SOMETHING SWEET, often it would be ice cream but recently it had been Nutella. I put on my shoes and coat and say to self, okay, I will get the ginger-ale and since it is a 45+ year habit of mine to eat sweets at night and it is now evening, I am planning in my head to get something to sweet too. I get to the store, and I see the aisle where the Nutella and pastries are I DID NOT WALK DOWN THE AISLE, understand going down that aisle is my habit each and every time I go into that store. Instead, I go straight and get the ginger-ale, I go to the cashier, counter area surrounded by candles, sweets and the ice-cream freezers (2 of them) right under my nose. I end up speaking with the owner for several minutes about our dogs, all the while all these goodies are in my face!! HERE'S THE KICKER: VISUALLY it all looked good and enticing, I DID NOT HAVE AN URGE TO GET ANY OF IT. AND I CLEARLY SAW HE WAS CARRYING A NEW TYPE OF HAAGEN-DAS BAR, WHICH CAUGHT MY INTEREST FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS and normally I would have reached into the ice cream bin to pull it out. I DID NOT. I DISMISSED IT!! I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO URGE TO GET IT AND ANY SWEETS! But understand this which I think is important ESPECIALLY when I think of the millions of times I have tried to use will power and such to not get sweets, **I DID NOT HAVE TO FIGHT AGAINST AN URGE!! I FELT ABSOLUTELY NO STRUGGLE UPON ME AT ALL!!** Nor did I feel as if I was missing out. Which is another familiar feeling in the times when in the past I would feel a sense of regret for not having picked up a sweet while I was at the store and that regret would be like a monkey on my back while watching TV or even the next day until I would be able to return to a store to appease the desire, no NEED to have a sweet. Honestly, I am incredulous to this and only another test or several more tests will I believe that this possibly might be working!!??? Only as the saying goes time will tell. I need to squash this thought that comes up -- you are only wishful thinking. And I for sure will provide an update. I am posting this initial, hopefully.if KZbin lets me into the Lose Fast comments section as well. But I will moving forward provide updates only to this video related to Junk Food Addiction. And something else. I FEEL DIFFERENT, it is very hard to describe, as if a dial has been turned within me to a different station. Godspeed to each of you who are struggling. I wish I knew of this before I had my bariatric surgery, it would have saved me from some minor complications. *UPDATE* 5/30/2023--I have gone out to stores (3) times and have BROUGHT NO JUNK FOOD. It's also one week with NO SUGAR EFFORTLESSLY. This evening went to a restaurant for a birthday dinner and said no to the cake which is a big deal and local favorite!! Again, effortlessly. The thing I wonder is since I have not been eating junk food nor partaking sugar, as I have done most of my life, why am I not losing weight? I lost about 4 pounds the first 3/4 days but nothing since? Again, each day I go WITHOUT EAING SUGAR is a win for me, but am confused as I thought weight loss would be an added benefit. -*-UPDATE-*- 6/29/2023 - Still going strong, just over a month of no sugar nor junk food. I simply do not think about it. I have now lost 8 pounds. Slow and steady I guess wins the race. In a year it could total about 80 pounds.-- I'D BE HAPPY WITH THAT!! I continue to listen to the video every day, each night although not so much during the daytime as I used to. But am committed to keep listening to them.

I went to sleep with this on and dreamt and of falling into water with someone. I associate water with the subconscious.. then I went for a long run, and then going to a gym. A few other things happened but I don’t remember. It is funny though I realised when I woke up that I fell asleep listening to this audio. Bet it had an effect on me because I want to be fit and healthy.. I dreamt of being active... no junk food in my dream haha

I find it crazy I was drinking coke before finding a addiction video and 10mins listening to this I feel like drinking the tablet flavour drink u put into water and I don't feel like drinking coke nor crisp it's rare some of these binaural beats works this is the first one and it's good

I find I'm less snackish, not so inclined to binge in the evening, and am more able to choose the things I'd prefer to choose than just going for quick, sugary stuff. Don't know about weight loss but the overcoming the struggle to stick to my healthly dietary choices is a win for me. I use some Bluetooth headphones that have flat speakers and are inserted into a fabric headband, I got it at Amazon, $20 but worth it. Can slide around a bit at night, not noise cancelling, but comfortable.

This works It took about 9 day's of listening to it but I don't crave anything now. I honestly do not care for any food that's bad not just junk food. My food intake has drastically decreased and in 3 weeks I've lost 10 pounds. I feel like I will be more active when this detoxification is finished. In order to speed up detoxification I am now taking J CROWS lugols iodine solution. Thank you I've been struggling with cravings my whole life and a hypo thyroid problem. Hi I'm Ricki and I am addicted to junk food. I love raw fruits and veggies but I find it hard to work a full day w/o raiding our snack closet that is full of cheez-its, breakfast bars, trail mix, and all that jazz. I need to stop. Oh and I can not forget chips...I love chips too.

Please Thomas anything for bipolar disorder ? Also can I listen to stay motivated for a busy work life as I don’t feel like studying daily and have focus issues and mood swings ... will that help ?

Hi T J, I don't have anything specifically to help with Bipolar Disorder unfortunately. Bipolar Disorder would require on going medical supervision, likely with daily medication and possibly some type of one to one talking therapy as well. Are you receiving treatment from a health care professional at the moment? I do have some recordings to help with depression, but I wouldn't recommend listening to anything until you have discussed it with your health care professional first. Sorry I can't be of more help.
