Duo with some adc pro (or even Pobelter) whileplaying Yuumi and asking questions would be nice Also, spell immune indicates that crowd control effects don't work on the target - slow, stun, knock up, exhaust etc. It's not summoner spells specifically - ignite would go through magic damage shield that comes from Morgana, but slow from exhaust doesn't apply

@TheKillerAngel8 ай бұрын
@@xxxtimeghostxxx I think there's two sides to this. Pobelter would unquestionably demolish anyone he comes across in a sub-30 normal game. But Pob could also explain his in-game decision making and opponent's mistakes to Grubby in real time. Regardless, I don't see Pobelter making an EUW account any time soon..

Hi Grubby, appreciate your intro regarding just having fun playing the video game - which perhaps shockingly is something that does need to be emphasized as there are people always wanting streamers to tryhard! One thing I would add to your journey is don't feel the need to focus attention on items or runes at all frankly... You can really just run a cookie cutter item/rune set on the champion and not deviate AT ALL (i will build these items no matter what etc) and still get 80% of the benefit. At this stage of your LOL career I (and most pros) don't think its worth fretting over what runes or items to buy, focus on having fun and learning the basic playstyle of the champion - putting too much attention otherwise will just distract from this and worse could even hinder your playthrough of the champion by overemphasizing the build path instead of the champions kit.

Very clean Netflix gameplay! I just wanna say since you're playing Yorick next try going for a couple lethality items like Opportunity. Full lethality build if you want to be a glass cannon but it's quite a bit more difficult to play. Either way, lethality turns Yorick from your run-of-the-mill bruiser into the only necromancer attack damage caster in league. You can one shot enemies without even touching them. Cheers ;)

Yuumi's reputation is alot worse than it deserves. When played properly she is actually pretty engaging because you will jump on and off allies constantly to auto attack, bait damage and reposition her ult, especially during laning or skirmishes. She just has a negative stereotype because a more novice yuumi basically never leaves the adc and kinda just sits there.

Yuumi was such a fun champ for me as i was learning the game. Unfortunately she was too strong in some situations so they kept nerfing her to the point when i didn't feel like i am even able to contribute to the game in any meaningful way, especially when my adc played badly. I see she was reworked again since then though. And it looks like she might be fun again - the changes although in some ways feel like another nerf also seems to make her more dynamic (finally E doesn't cost a % of max mana again). Probably gonna try her out soon.

NEXT IS DADDY YORICK, THE BEST CHAMP IN THE GAME!!! (Who has like 45% winrate...) GRUBBY. THIS IS IMPORANT. Don't believe the recommended items, whatever you do. Bruiser build has like 42% winrate. The winrate of 45% is ONLY held up by the lethality build being SEMI-decent. To have any chance of a good time, you need to stack lethality items, with Serylda's. I'm not looking to backseat any more than that, I just don't want your first impression of him to be of his current miserable bruiser state. Lmao

While I agree lethality has been the optimal build path for Yorick for quite some time, bruiser is 100% the better introduction to him. Yuumi is the closest league is going to get to Abathur. Sadly, whereas Abathur is a tactical map controlling genus champion with a high skill ceiling and one of the most unique playstyles in a moba, Yuumi meanwhile is THE textbook definition of a 'GF support'. Mom, I want Abathur in LoL Honey, we already have Abathur in LoL. The Abathur in LoL^

You've learned so fast and improved a lot real quick, however... Grubby you need to work on your target prioritization. I've seen time and time again you will target the Support. You need to identify who the carry is in the exchange and target them. For example in bot almost always the right choice is to focus the ADC. If its a 5v5, you have to be aware who is carrying the game on the other side, whoever has the most kills tends to be the carry. You'll naturally learn these things as you continue to play, but just wanted to shoot that your way my guy. Keep Grubbying!

Yuumi was made to give a chance for the most casual players. And pros abused the hell out of this. Pros tend to prefer easiest champs when they strong, because there is smaller window to make mistakes. And Yuumi was easiest while really strong. Then riot reworked her, made her less impactful. The most casual champion fell victim of pro-scene.

Grubby in league you dont use basic attacks on champions unless you're a ADC or a Bruiser. Tanks, Supports, Mages and assassins deal no damage with basic attacks (plus they ruin your positioning and takes too long to cast). The only exception is if you have some rune/ability/item that empower (or give some buff) your next basic attack.
