5:30 - my friend, that's not just any corn on the cob. It looks like ELOTE! My absolute favorite snack in all of Mexico. Roasted corn with mayo or creamy cheese then typically cotija on top and Tajin/spices if you want a little kick (do itttttt lol)

The first time I ever went to Bacchanal Buffet was in January 2013, which was only a few months after it opened. I distinctly remember because it was right around my birthday, and I really wanted to try the hot new buffet on the block. At the time, Bacchanal was so good that it would almost bring a tear to your eye. The individually-portioned plates reminded me a lot of Wicked Spoon, but the quality and variety of dishes was better. And the staff was always super nice to me. Even if the section in the back that I preferred was closed, they would allow me and whoever I was there with to sit there by ourselves, kind of like a private section. It was so good that, even with all the other great buffet options in Vegas, I would go to Bacchanal almost every two months. Unfortunately, as the years passed, the price kept going higher, and the quality starting sliding a bit. Last year, I think I only went to Bacchanal twice. The price is now almost $20 more per person than it used to be. The quality of the food is still excellent for a buffet, but it's no longer mind-blowingly better than any other Vegas buffet. And if you're talking bang for the buck, there are a few better options.

Reg dinner price is $64.99 still a lot for a buffet but they have great quality food and if you eat enough it's worth it. The hour line is a little crazy. Just find a friend that is diamond to skip the line lol I would go back for sure.

Went to Vegas for a hockey tournament with my dad. (Loved vegas in his prime) I was 15 at the time but a relatively short kid. He wanted me to see what Vegas was all about so he took me to the buffet at Caesar’s. Granted, it was $100 for an adult for two hours of eating, so using my size to my advantage, I passed as a 12-year-old. Best 150 ever spent. Ate more crab legs than I ever will again.

Wow. If I were in vegas, I would wake up early(skip breakfast) and go for a 2-3 hr morning run. Maybe jog from strip to summerlin. Then collapse and stretch out at the casino pool and just have a liquid lunch(beer) no food. Then wake up late afternoon and limp over to the buffet line for dinner(with a folding chair while waiting in line, of course) and then dine for hours. That's my perfect vegas(maybe go see, valley of fire, too).

All that amazing looking meat would definitely lead to meats sweat. Is Baccahanal buffet worth it for a dinner? I had the breakfast one a few years ago, that was good, but was over priced I think. Plus I really don't eat a lot, so maybe buffet's are not worth it.

This buffet is legendary. It continues to live up to its reputation. As for the $69 price, you could easily spend that on one meal at a SF Bay Area restaurant. I’m assuming by now you have the correct pronunciation of “Bacchanal” - the two “c” are pronounced like “k”.

Extraordinary Sunday buffet, until it's not. Caesars will close it to the public unexpectedly for a private event for their VIP gamblers club. I'm not stupid enough to be a VIP gambler, so my family and I were disappointed when we could not get in.

The word Bacchanal has some interesting history. Got this from Wikipedia.... The Bacchanalia were Roman festivals of Bacchus based on various ecstatic elements of the Greek Dionysia. They seem to have been popular and well-organised throughout the central and southern Italian peninsula. They were almost certainly associated with Rome's native cult of Liber, and probably arrived in Rome itself around 200 BC. However, like all mystery religions of the ancient world, very little is known of their rites. Livy, writing some 200 years after the event, offers a scandalised, extremely colourful account of the Bacchanalia. Modern scholarship takes a skeptical approach to his allegations of frenzied rites, sexually violent initiations of both sexes, all ages and all social classes, and the cult as a murderous instrument of conspiracy against the state. Atleast there is some food options to choose from in this video. Went for lunch spent over $100 for 2 of us and there was mostly the fancy options which was some weird stuff that no one was eating and a few options they did have were not good and the dessert section was horrible huge selection horrible taste I was beyond disappointed. Honestly left hungry would never go back.

So my wife and I went here last year. We went mid-week for lunch and it was still overpriced, with a 10-15 minute wait. We have tried a number of the "high end" buffets and this one was very disappointing, especially since I watched a number of videos as part of my research. Besides the food being underwhelming, the service was for crap. Our final decision was that we will never be back...

My son made reservations for Monday August 12 and it was tough to get in. If you have one of the higher tier Players Club cards you can zip in whenever you want but if you're not a gambler you gotta wait in line.
