Oh!! That was a great podcast, I'll have to listen to the whole session. I'm definitely borrowing that strategy from Jared P, for my anxiety (& PTSD & Endometriosis pain & damn insomnia etc) and go ahead and reframe my experience and my reaction to it all. Of course pain and discomfort happen, but it ends eventually. I will definitely have a go at it. Identifying to myself as 'someone who suffers', doesn't actually improve my Life anymore. I acknowledged ages AGO, that my Life had a healthy dose of suffering in it. I don't need to keep doing that. Thanks Jared, you bloody rockstar✴️! And another excellent podcast from Michael, to look forward to, Cheers, Mate 💫

i remember seeing supernatural very first episode, came on right after smallville.... man i was just a teenager now im in my 30s what a huge part of my life both of these shows were to me

Lol I always had 2 clean VHS tapes on standby and I'd have to record smallville and supernatural while i was doing after school activities or work in JH/HS!

I think Jared should play Harry Dresden. This guy has the correct humor and he's tall. If the books get a new series he's worth considering
