Hey stephy I discovered your videos as I'm curled up in my crew cab light truck I was afraid to live the van life so I bought land and with the virus that broke out all over the world that fell through and I was forced to live in my crew cab go figure LOL I drove all the way to Montana took me four days I took my cat with me the cat was great in the wilderness and I was there with an intentional community although I learned a lot I never grew on them and they never grew on me as much as I had hoped so I had to drive back to South Florida crossing the United States was challenging especially driving through the Dakotas I cried the whole way I think I could feel all the sadness that has happened in with the native people there. on my way back it took me 6 days my cat was so tired of being in the truck I never saw when she slipped out I've never seen her again that sounds kind of sad but I'm really kind of happy for her because she was feral and she never was domesticated the closest she ever came to be being domestic was sleeping on my chest I miss her for that . I want you to know you're my hero and you are articulating everything I have been feeling about this kind of lifestyle I wish I had been better or more like you in listening to my instinct. Because I would have felt like I could trust myself a little more. Don't get me wrong I'm great! And I'm fearless like you! Because I think living in an apartment is waiting for death. And I actually believe that we should go out of our way to seek death and experience life in The most extreme ways possible. You're my hero today girl all I can say is wow!

The melancholy that always hovered over you like an invisible veil or just gone...Stephi it’s as if you’ve been born again, you have the chance, for the first time in your life to think in the long term. When the time is right, when you get through a certain period you’ll settle in a place that you’ve made home. Anyone who loves you knows that you have to do this, and goodbye isn’t forever. WE WILL BE NICE ❤️🙏🏻❤️ Edit You DO have to listen to and trust your instincts because regret is the absolute worst thing in the world and what we need to fear more than even death. You can come home any time, what you can’t do is travel forever. If you can do it do it now, not tomorrow and not yesterday. Okay The men giving you tape and screwdrivers is what made me cry. That’s how men show love omg 😩🙏🏻😩

Stephi Lee, As an old guy (57 years) I find that I regretted the things I didnt do way more than the things that I did that went bad, negative, the wrong way, etc. You only have one chance at the moment we’re in right now. Because that moment leaves in an instant. So you should always follow your heart, soul and intuition. Since life is real you will run into negatives along the way... You’ll make mistakes.. But you would make mistakes if you stayed at home as well. Your KZbin channel shows how much of a traveling soul that you are. You need that experience and the uncertainty to find out who you truly are. Once I was like that and I’m glad I did those things and lives those adventures. Eventually I preferred to anchor myself to my home, city, etc. But that’s what my heart wanted to do as I got older. And I always follow my heart. I wish you the greatest adventures possible in your van (which looks fantastic). May you connect with beautiful people, animals and experiences along the way. Peace, love & light on this journey to experience.

I too regret not following my heart. I’m 65 and got married to a man with 2 children ages 6 and 7. We then went on to have 2 boys and at the age of 48 we lost our daughter in a car accident then 4 years later lost our #2 son to heart disease. Four months after his death we were approached by CPS with our deceased sons 2 children that had been taken from their mom who had turned to drugs. Now 13 years later I realized how fast your life goes by. Don’t get me wrong I love each and every one of my children more than anything. It’s just that life passed me by so fast that I am now too old and have too many health problems that there will never be an opportunity to do the things I always wanted to do. Stephi live your life to the fullest hun! I am living vicariously through your videos. ♥️✌🏼

Your videos are very thorough and put together so well. This should be a training film for future Van Dwellers. I know I've thought about this a lot over the past few years, more so with the virus taking out thousands of people. I've got a 27' Class C RV that I need to start working on (Patching roof leaks, getting it cleaned out, etc.) and if I didn't have that, I'd definitely be doing a van like what you're doing. I've got a F150 pickup truck that's my bug out vehicle and it has two beds in the back, a 12/110v cooler, porta-potty, one burner propane stove, I carry two 6 gallon water jugs in it.. And I still have plenty of storage room under the beds. The shell is a Gem Top that's not your everyday fiberglass shell, it's solid metal. I've got those window shades in the windows in the back, need to do those up a little neater, I also have an inverter where I can charge my phone or tablet. Thinking about putting a 2nd 12v battery under one of the benches in the back and a battery splitter so it will charge along with the engine battery. My RV is probably a better option. It sleeps 8 but, there's no way I'd sleep with 7 other people in there. Right now, it's just the wife and I, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 parakeets. I'll probably do some changes inside like taking out the two single beds in the back and making that a work area. I can also tow one of my Jeeps or even my pickup behind it.. Gotta find a way to haul one of my Goldwings as well as my tools.. I look forward to checking out the rest of your videos. Keep safe, stay frosty..

If you are in Oregon and the weather is cooperating and you have no place to be I recommend driving from Milford, Or to Lagrange, Or or vice versa there is a lot of beautiful scenery plenty of places to picnic and camp but it's an 8 hr trip with few places to stop for fuel and it goes through mountains so if the weather is bad it may not be passable. But it is beautiful if you get a chance. It's not the destination that's important it's the trip in between

I’m not sure how old you are but if your under 30 you can apply, maybe after covid lockdowns and stuff. The coolest part is you can work legally for 3 months at diff places and you can work in most of Europe on that too, just have to fly into the Netherlands and out when the year is up. I am also from MA and I left on a solo road trip a little over 3 weeks ago and I couldn’t help but tear up within the first minute of this video. Leaving your comfort zone can be tough but ya def do so much growing! I started watching your videos in March and you’ve been an inspiration that’s fer sherr!! I’m currently in San Diego and loving it. There’s so much to see out there and there’s no better feeling than the open road. I wish you the best on your journey! 💕💕

When Stephi talks it's so real and deep, like those feelings you get when a movie really touches your soul

I really like seeing them show you the tool box too that was so neat. I can't wait to watch new video and see where you headed. can't wait to see where you heart pulls you and shit girl your right even if it isn't what you want always can come back. 😭😭🤗🖤 Your friends were so sweet. I liked how your one friend said I see you all in the comments. haha Sending hellos from Anchorage Alaska Tschandra Heinze

Stephie, you are so present. Your thoughts are so in tune....that's the only way I can describe what I feel as a conection to you. You are far younger than myself...but your journey so much remembers me of my own. I truly admire you, and the journey you have taken. God bless you Lil one.

I did the same thing--i had to leave home to find myself. Even though I ended up finding a new home, I still love a road trip to experience new people and places.
