In the part where you see sayori hanging, you can see blood in her hands, meaning that the rope wasn't enough to break her neck, neither knock her out, so she definitely was conscious during the process of suffocating, maybe she tried to claw the rope, but to no avail. The fact that she died a slow painful death makes me really sad, by the time mc finds her, you can see her with that dead stare, goddamn, must be really painful to go that way

People hate Monika for killing all of the girls Honestly I feel bad everyone, especially Monika. It's not Monika's fault she had to kill everyone... I feel like The Third Eye is in control of everything.. It made her self aware, it controlled her feelings, as well as everyone else's.. And it's what manipulated her into changing the game's code. Not gonna lie, the first time was pure horror. I'm Italian, I just doesn't now anything about the game, and a friend of mine tells me to play this game with him. He install all, he say to me the first "don't play if you're impressionable" advertising was because the game touch delicate themes like depression and all. I continue even knowing I'm a snowflake about things like this. Of all things, she hanging herself was the last thing I was expecting..and after that, I was just afraid to continue because the game did one thing, and that's destroy every single security you have before that scene. The way they corrupt, everything is ten times better than a horror movie.
