I have to say, that most people glaze over the fact that it was still most likely Monika who hung Sayori. If you look back at the clip of when you see her hanging her fingertips are bloodied. So, she was most likely clawing after the rope. Either she was hung against her will or she regretted everything. Either way, Sayori wanted to live.

there is a theory to sayori having bloody hands in the hanging sceen ...it says that she wanted to hang herself but then changed her mind at the last moment so she tried to crawl up the rope i guess..? and she tried to live and i think thats why she has bloody hands OR maybe she harmed herself before hanging herself or wanted to fall off the roof but it didnt work so she tried with all this pain hang herself after falling off the roof.. i know its disturbing..
