Climate matters a lot. I m from chennai, coastal Climate. Living now in pune, hilly and dry humid climate. After coming to pune, i have experimented all these oil baths and now i have my own routine. During rainy season, it will rain everyday for 4 months. Climate will be damp. Sofa bed pillows everything will have fungus development. Hair dandruff was very common. In this season, taking coconut oil plus hot water bath twice a week for hair, eucalyptus oil bath works out really well. I completely got rid of dandruff. In other dry seasons, i dont do this.
