You never know. When I was getting married I made an appointment at David's. I invited several people to the appointment as I was very young and people wanted to be a part of it. David's told me to go shopping and get an idea of what I wanted, so that I'd be able to pick out a dress at the appointment. That's what one of my bridesmaids and I did. We went to quite a few stores and everything was a no, but I was able to get an idea of what I didn't want. At the last store before David's I found a dress that fit (I was very tiny, so it was a miracle) and it was only $109. I wasn't sure, but my mom came and tried to convince me. We decided to wait till after David's as the appointment had been booked and people had taken off work to be at the appointment. When David's was a bust, I felt very guilty and unsure how to tell people that I wasn't getting a dress. Sometimes these things happen and people don't know how to handle the situation. Imagine you are booked to be on a national show, but end up finding the dress randomly before hand. You don't want the snobbish consultants to attack something so dear to you, but you don't know how to bow out. You may even be under contract to appear. You never know. Yes, this situation could've been handled better, but people don't always know how to handle a situation until after they've lived through the experience.

The time thief seems to steal a certain amount of time, but actually, they continue to rob you after the situation is over, because now you're in a shit mood. It's disgusting behavior. @@tintioz3281 they knew there was another dress. I am not sure if they just guessed, or if she had informed them ahead of time that they had "a dress to beat" and they decided to work that into the script. I am not sure if this was the case at the time, but nowadays at Kleinfeld, even if you're not going to be on the show, when you book your appointment you have to tell them what dress style you're interested in and choose dresses from their catalogue that you want to try on. A lot of wedding shops ask these sorts of questions when you book your appointment, although not necessarily in those details. Our florist also asked us a ton of questions. Kleinfeld especially is so busy that they need to know what the client wants before they come in. For the show, they need to prepare ahead of time as well so as not to make the consultants look foolish or the store poorly stocked or portray the client in a way that would get Kleinfeld and TLC sued. That's why it's mostly scripted.

This was not a good thing to do. She completely wasted their time and energy. They could have used that time and energy on a bride who really needs and wants a dress. This was disappointing. I feel sorry for Randy and Sarah. They're so kind and time with them is valuable.

Actually, you'll notice that this version ended right after the bride left and said, "Get a good laugh?" (That was tacky; I totally agree. Her whole purpose on the show was tacky!) Also, Randy did comment that she wasted his time and that he felt used. That's where it ended. But, they're still tacky! Moving on; we don't actually know what Randy did about her and her entourage. We only know what he said in this YT version. Could there be something more in the show that aired that would give more info on what Randy did? Perhaps... Has anyone seen it?

If a bride is satisfied with a McRib sandwich why bother ordering filet mignon just to see what the difference is 🤷🤔

I love how she laughed at the “clamshell” look, and then they show the dress at the end. CLAMSHELL CITY BABES.

Poor Randy and he did so well to handle the situation. That spoiled brat of a bride had no intention of buying a dress, she just wanted to be on a video. I pity the bloke who married her as nothing seems good enough for her and to start off with such an obvious lie by saying the budget was 2,000 dollars above what it actually was, was unforgivable. She should be ashamed of herself. Well done Kleinfeld.

This bride and her Mom they were rude. If my daughter would want to waste people time. She woud go on her own. Here in South Africa every time you try a dress they charge R50 per dress. If you buy then deduct from the amount you have to pay.

Oh my goodness, bow deceitful to not tell them she found a dress elsewhere and had them running around standing on their heads trying to find a dress for her. Also, the lie between her and her mother about how much to spend. Brutal. A huge waste of their time!!!!

Justice would be her finally going to get the dress 'she liked' and then not being able to have it arrive in time for her wedding because she waited too long to order it.

Nah, that dress looks like it's from some place like Shein or Amazon - they probably have thousands of them, because they use the cheapest materials and they only cost a couple hundred bucks to make, if that!

I thought maybe she didn't want to get married. The dress she got wasn't nearly as nice as the couple she tried on and it looked cheap which was hilarious. She's a liar and mean. She was setting out to destroy them

To be honest I think there were many other dresses that would have looked way better on her than the one she chose at another place. Funny that that one was also satin and the first one she tried on here was also satin. Hope she has a wonderful wedding.

I don't understand why the bride wasn't just upfront and honest. She should've shown them a picture of the dress, told them the price and asked if they could find something like that at that price. That would've saved everybody a lot of time and frustration. That was very disingenuous of not only the bride but her mother.
