Keep up the R&D I use a modifed design model of your screw cap for my 40mm instead of gluing windscreen to pushers, i cant thank you enough for the idea!!

Pretty cool!! I just started designing my own 37mm rounds. I saw a video by T.K.O.R on KZbin where they made an impact activated projectile. Granted it was a very basic design that I personally would not rely on. I would love a more detailed video showing your design as it appears to be vastly different than the video mentioned above. Anyway keep up the good work!!
