They let coach get away with whatever lol that graphic 4:13 how about add the part you were avoiding? It’s not about time in the league persay. It’s about time since playing elite. That’s ALWAYS BEEN THE ARGUMENT. This accounts for youth and age. You can’t compare ages that’s beyond silly bc Lamar was younger. He’s been playing in his physical prime longer as proven by mvp voting. What his teams do is the question. Changing the goal posts to have this scarecrow debate smh how did Chris let this happen? Pay attention brother don’t let ppl slip that in. You’re better than that. Below is the missing data: Super Bowl win after 1st MVP or AP PoY: - Jackson: 6 and counting - Manning: 4 - Brees: 2 - Young: 1 - Elway: 11 *VERY important caveat - John went to superbowl consecutively in MVP year and year prior but lost. Him being “younger” is irrelevant. It just means he hit his physical prime sooner. Subsequently what you can’t bake into this is Lamar will literally be unable and compete on the long end when he’s 38 like Elway did yet you’re using his age only to his advantage now bc it suits the point.

No, because he's got a management staff that understands they've got a stud a QB so let's make this season a bit easier by getting him more weapons as they see their schedule get harder. To the AFC East segment as much as we'd like to see either the Dolphins or the Jets win it's going to be the Bills. Any of those guys coach mentioned go 2-4 in the playoffs?
@kevpro74702 ай бұрын
He doesn’t need to put in another system not only have he been coaching with the defense along time he also played with the team as well he came up in the defense next to T Suggs so he knows how to play and coach like a Raven

T Suggs used to be a KC Chief. 🤣

Who would have ever thought a couple OSU quarterbacks would be two of the most respected QB's in the NFL?

Wildes, Balt vs KC isn't a Must-Win. It's Can't Lose. Also, remember, KC with a much worse defense played Henry w/ TN in the playoffs when he was 3 years younger and they held him in check. True, TN has never really been as good as Balt, but KC's defense is demonstrably better and Henry is older. Still very good, but for me, it's more the KC Defense and if their offense is as improved as hoped, they could have Baltimore pressing and getting out of their identity just like they did in the playoffs.

How many Super Bowls did Jim Brown have? His only championship came in 1964, two years before the creation of the Super Bowl. The Cleveland Browns are one of four franchises that have never appeared in a Super Bowl.

Why on this show are the routinely taking only Allen's passing numbers into account?
@corey22322 ай бұрын
Brou's reason against Josh is bogus... What were Lamar's numbers last year? When they went 5-0 down the stretch, it was because they finally stopped forcing the ball to Diggs & tried something new. Allen still put up 40+ total TDs, so let's not act like the metric for winning MVP is "net 240+ passing yards for an arbitrary stretch of games."

Coach really be hating on KC even without Nick here. Would anyone seriously care if KC lost against Ravens in Week 1? I don’t think so, they should still be the favorites either way. I’m on Wildes side on this one. This KC team is the type that can lose to you in the season only to come back to beat you in the playoffs, ask Buffalo and Cincy about it.

I agree, Lamar has plenty of time to win and stop putting pressure on him to win now. Manning did not win until he was 30 years old and Lamar year by year he is getting better!!!

It's kind of the same thing Peyton manning went through facing Brady and the pats defense he wasn't able to get past Brady like people have a hard time to beat Mahomes in this era

Manny was spot on with Chiefs have more pressure. Chiefs became better in an area that plays against an area thats rebuilding on the Ravens.

Of course Lamar is expected to start winning super bowls now, what else does he have left to prove? Multiple MVP's , successful regular seasons, an established coach. He's entering his seventh year, there's no longer a learning curve. He is who he is and now you have to prove that they can get to and win the big one.
@michaelkearney13132 ай бұрын
I find it hilarious that Brou understands that SBOB isn’t literal, but doesn’t understand the essence of Must-win
