SB592 Inspections and Penalties

Company called Gutter Empire LLC in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA has it's employees installing gutters on three story buildings with no fall prottection. None of the employees or foremen are OSHA certified.

@@oregonosha As Gutter Empire LLC threatened me with a lawsuit after I quit the company in messages and voicemail I fear to report them directly. Regardless they have been breaking the law and OSHA regulations for as long as I remained their employee. I was the only trained and OSHA certified employee.
