How about work lifting... I carry breakfast treys in wood, charged with coffee pots in porcelain and tea pots.. Briefly: I don't get to chose the weight. I have to carry it one stairway up, then through the hotell room to the terrace. I try to lift with my butt muscles and it doesn't seem to help. My lower back takes the hit. Could you make a video of that please? How do I lift at work to avoid pain.
