I put a 56 gallon S&B tank on my 2016 F250 yesterday with the S&B sending unit with an AirDog lift pump. Glad I did it, but it was a HUUUGE PIA! I am mechanically inclined, have a two post lift and plenty of tools, but even so, it still took me and a friend 8 straight hours to get this tank and sending unit installed. I have not seen any videos showing a pre-2017 f250 getting one of these tanks with an aftermarket life pump, so I went into it, kind of blindly. Had to create and run additional fuel lines for pump return, suction, venturi and pump return to make it all work. Love the range I now have (800ish miles to the tank), but man this project really tested my patience.

Need one for my 2019 f250 6.2L gas truck. Have the 60 gallon in my 2017 6.7 f350. Absolutely love the new range in that truck.

Can you use a high floe pump at all. I always fill up in truck lanes.

Sure could use some super cab short bed love with a larger fuel tank option for 99-07 super duty’s

I just had this tank installed in my 2020 F-250 went to fill it up and it started leaking. Has anyone had this problem before? I had it installed by a shop in my location. They said it was the O ring that comes with the tank manufacturer 🧐.

If the oring we supplied was used, you shouldn’t have an issue. It gets leak tested before shipped. Please text pics to 909.675.1313

URGENT! Accidentally put the wrong fuel in the ford. Is there a drain plug on this tank. If so where is it located.

New versions of this tank don’t have a plug. You’ll want to drop the tank and flush

I have this tank on my 2023 f350. Have you guys found a way yet to adjust the fuel tank size in the computer?

I just watched a video by “ARod Ford Tech” here on KZbin. You have to go use four scan to make those changes. He is an actual Ford Tech or was. In the video he installed a S&B tank and reset those parameters. A dealership might help you out or you can buy the program, I think.
