The website say 6" on the KUS sensor length but the video says 7". What one do you recommend?

It is not complicated with sprinter 2500 170 2022. We just bought one and screws do not line up

on mine, only 2 holes on the heat shield lined up with the threads on the tank... other 3 holes are way off... checked out this video to see if i was missing something...
