The song "The Bible Is A Trilogy" went through a major rewrite to become "All-American Prophet". The earlier version was based around how the third movie in movie trilogies is always the best one and sums up everything, which led to a recurring Matrix joke where a Ugandan man said, "I thought the third Matrix was the worst one," which later changed to "I have maggots in my scrotum" in the rewritten version. They could have probably used the original matrix line, I think it would still make sense since the song is still about trilogies.

The Book of Mormon show was due to be performed in my city in the UK but then Covid hit and shut all the theatres (uk spelling :) ) So I searched for the show on youtube and found the sbhsmotn channel and although I'm late to the party, I am so glad I did. I particularly love this performance because as has been mentioned before, it is rare for so many talented guys to be in one theatre company at the same time. I don't think this is an easy number to perform but the lads are well rehearsed and what I appreciate the most is that at no time do I feel that anyone is trying to upstage another member of the cast - it really is a team effort. Special mention must go to the orchestra who are also very talented and the backstage crew who are essential to put on such a good show. The fact that all the cast perform in a multitude of different musical number on the night as well as this one just shows what a very talented group of performers they are :)

I'm slightly confused about these music videos that appear to be parodies.....Are they here to support the LDS or are they making fun. Or both? There are countless videos like this from several different boy groups singing, and i always have the same question... Do these people actually believe in the story they're telling, or are they making fun of people that do? I am not a Mormon and personally i think their beliefs are rather funny, however I think people can believe whatever they want so my question is just out of curiosity if anyone knows
@ktlg1423

Both lol. They're all covers from a musical about the LDS (called "The Book of Mormon.") And yes, it is satire. But the musical defends the religion while making fun of it.
