​@@chbishal2762its better to join niacl/uiic assistant because insurance exam happens once in 4-5 years so might not get chance to join insurance again as assistant, banks recruit every year so now u join insurance and if you don't like u can switch to banks next year also..

@@Kumaun-m2z bro I know all this stuff, but I'm talking here specifically about new india, it has been giving good profits year after year. And every insurance company is making huge reserves that is why other 3 general insurance company are in loss. And I also asked employees of NIACL in LPT they told me that new india will get its wage revision done irrespective of their profits or loss.
