sir me ne sbi debit card se online Shoping kiya 33k ka to mene loan close karne ke liye bola to sbi ne 44k bolla hai online check kiya to outstanding amount 33k hi hai...its really necessary to pay 44k or can i pay only outstanding amount?

Maine SBI credit card liya tha aur pin generate karne ke baad maine closure karwa diya aur mujhe msg bhi aa gya hai... Mujhe puchna hai ki noc ki jarurat hai ki nhi??? Maine koi bhi transaction nhi ki hai... Pls reply me
