​@@shashank6872yes definitely because ye salary 11 years experienced person ki h jb basic pay 16900 thi aaj 42000 h...11 years m agr basic pay 1.5 gunaa ho gyi h which is increased to 150%...toh aage aane waale 10 saal m b ek sbi po ki annual salary 45L ho jaaegi.. currently i m in sbi po n my salary is 15L per annum.

In new IIMs it is worse they get only 10-12 lpa with no perks income tax deductions and every cost you can imagine. So inhand salary is 60-70 k only for an average iim grad (new and bany iims)

Are bhai itna hi motivation hai to 3-4 saal SBI me job krke IIM ABC qualify krlo..I guarantee that apka package apki imagination se bahut zyada better ho jaega. Raaste har jagah hain bas apko identify krne aane chahiye. And realistically jinko bahut acha package milta hai unka poora career profile bahut strong hota hai isliye milta hai..free ka paisa koi nahi deta..
