Great series. I have a 036 pro that I've had for 22 years. It was nearly $500 new so you got a great saw for the price of a few parts. Great job. And I have a different vent that you could put on to accept the updated carb and larger air filter.

No friggin way man..boy did this video help me out...got a 34/36 carcass n been rebuilding n it came w the c3a w the square compensator also..its running just not running right n believe I need to change the bottom of the carb to one without that air inlet..thx man..👍

pro line sells a zama bottom plate to repkace the compensator snorkel ,i jyst building my 3rd 034,upgrade to 48mm,same as 036,i have the same issue w carb filter hits the tank vent,so this was helpful

My favorite saw is my 029 that I was given because the previous owner scored the piston. I replaced the engine with a MS290 engine. It was a perfect fit. This all happened before I had a youtube channel though, so no video. Sorry
