A buyer persona is a fictional representation of a typical customer or group of customers that a company targets with its marketing efforts. It is created based on research and data gathered from existing and potential customers and is used to better understand their needs, preferences, motivations, and behaviors.
The purpose of creating a buyer persona is to help companies tailor their marketing messages and strategies to better connect with their target audience, and ultimately drive more sales and revenue. By understanding the specific characteristics and traits of their ideal customers, companies can create more targeted and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with their target audience.

This presentation is very text-book. My opinion academia should be able to explain in a simpler way for the audience to understand especially for youtube. For example is to add practical case of creating user persona. Persona from social media platform may be different with the in class audience.
