Wrong. Tiers do matter. Kuroda using Yun will win a lot more easily than Kuroda using Q. That is the real meaning of tier lists. It doesn't mean a Q can't beat a Yun; it just means that, given players of equal skill, a Yun will beat a Q much more often.

Thanatos has offense on all the time. If you watched him play all the time you would never know that you could actually play Oro defensively. LOL. Tengu Stone FTW.

There are 20 characters in 3S. (minus Gill) Look at the Japanese ranking chart, they put Oro at 10th place (Tied with Ibuki) 10/20 = Half. Half = Middle. Thus Oro = Mid tier.

I heard Oro was banned because of this. That is in the U.S. tournaments and highly discouraged in Japanese tournaments.

Oro is definately low tier. It goes: Yun, Chun, Ken/Makoto, Dudley/Urien, maybe Ryu/Yang, and Hugo/Oro, I think. Ryu is considered mid tier so Oro is low

i use tengu stone instead of unblockable boogers cause they removed unblockables such as aegis/yag from xbox anniversary edition sf3.
