It all makes sense now. I was riding in the A group this weekend. I was mind blown by how fast I was being overtaken by this dude. Wish I knew it was y’all, been following this build. Awesome.

I went out in A a few sessions on Sunday (7/7) and was happy my R6 hit a 152.8 (per AIM solo2 data). Cannot imagine another 30 mph going through T9. Great job on the build and test.

The fact that you can adjust engine brake from corner to corner and not use the rear brake at all on a Superbike just amazes me,I know that you have one of the best braking systems upfront that does all the braking but I always thought that pro riders do use rear brakes to help them with cornering!!maybe if they use it coming into a corner it sometimes unstabalize the bike that's why they rely on engine braking!!on my bike when I hit the rears with the front coming into a corner it starts sliding alot,it makes the bike so nervous maybe I need better suspension setup to get more grip on the rear,and because of the front suspension dive, it needs to be stiffer at the front,to stop the bike from losing grip at the rear, I don't do track days but I like going to the canyons, just aggressive street riding sometimes!!
@SuperbikeUnlimited4 ай бұрын
It varies very much, but many riders only use the rear brake after corner entry, not during.

@@SuperbikeUnlimited still 26’s would put him top 10 in Superbike. And first time on a Superbike and at a track day, that’s 1-2 seconds faster then he went on his bmw there. That’s impressive. Raced with Jason a lot. Would love to see what he could actually do on it with u and a team.

We use data for exactly that reason. We have lap data for pole position and race winning lap times at this track on this platform. Most professional racers welcome input like this because they want to win.
