I just started this about 2 weeks ago and it definitely needs to have some flavor. I can’t tell the difference after I make it like my regular coffee and my stomach doesn’t cramp up like with regular coffee. I can say that my belly pudge has been shrinking some.

I have tried to figure out what gives me stomach pains and Or diarrhea from the foods I normally eat. I would stop eating the foods and nothing changed. So I decided to stop the coffee. because that was the one thing I had never changed. At the same time I had split an order of the Ryze Coffee with a friend to try it. It’s been life-changing. but I am a person that likes to always drink mine with a lot of creamer. So I no longer drink regular coffee and I’ve had no more stomach aches and a lot less diarrhea problems. And getting better over time. No more looking for a bathroom everywhere I go. I’ve had heart palpitations for years and I no longer have had any of them for about four weeks. I don’t have highs or lows and I am at the age of menopause and I have lost 7 pounds by not trying anything . So much less bloating! I would highly recommend it and I would highly recommend you stick with it for at least three months because it took a long time to damage your body it takes a little while for your body to swing back the other direction and start healing.

I like to add some nutmeg & raw sugar with evaporated milk. Sometimes I add organic maple syrup which really gives an excellent mix with the earthiness of the mushrooms.

Now that you mention it, I may not be drinking enough. The bag says a tablespoon, but what I did to help with the flavor was I mixed mine with instant decaf and brown sugar (also to save time on prep.) So, when I put the tablespoon in the cup, it’s technically part mushroom coffee, part decaf, and part brown sugar. My 4th bag is on the way. I’m not to mix this one and will see if it gives the results I had when I first started drinking it. Thank you! Sometimes you just need to talk it out! 🙂

I purchased it on FB with a promo. Signed as a Guest and was surprised that I had a subscription so I requested a refund. Not sure where the spoon is but I did at least get the refund. Not because I don't like the product but because it was a surprise and when I went to their site it said "You have no subscription" - so they did issue my refund just now. I am not a coffee person but the mushrooms are good for us. I tried the MUDD but did not enjoy the taste better than RYZE. I even shared this with my Wellness group for those who drink coffee. Overall I enjoy mixing it with monk fruit, cinnamon, a dash of cayenne pepper, and sometimes a splash of milk. I find it does relax me at night. I think people will enjoy RYZE.

I just ordered some but from a different brand called four sigmatic,so I’m hoping it will taste good. I Don’t mind using some flavored almond milk creamer to add some more taste to it. I stopped drinking coffee due to stomach issues, too! I think all the pesticides etc used in coffee production have definitely harmed me over my decades of drinking coffee daily. RYZE hasn't cured them but they are definitely better when I drink RYZE and much worse on those occasions wh6i so drink actual coffee.

I just started the decaf version with chicory root. I liked the flavor of the coffee better (but I cannot have the caffeine- even half) than the decaf. Has a pretty decent amount of coconut flavor that can be off-putting to some who do not like the flavor of coconut. I am excited to try the decaf with smoothies and other "mixers."

I mixed my mushroom coffee in about 4 oz of hot water and set aside while I prepare the drinking glass. In the bottom of that I add 1-2 teaspoonful of White Chocolate Torani sauce. Add ice and about 4 oz of milk. I froth a little bit of heavy cream, milk, and a splash of Torani’s Vanilla syrup. Pour my Ryze into the glass of ice and milk then top it all off with the vanilla cold foam. It’s so good and creamy.

It doesn’t seem to have as much caffeine as the coffee so I drink it after work if I’m needed an extra boost. Other times I will drink the Matcha on the weekends. Overall, I love it definitely made a dramatic difference in bloating. I can actually drink this during my monthly period, without suffering cramps later. I hope that’s not TMI 😂

Definitely did NOT like it. And they tried to charge me for another one without my authorization and lied and said I agreed to auto ship! Lies! I had my credit card company take care of it because they refused to refund and then started send bogus emails "thanking me for my repeat business and continued support" right after they received my email complaining about the bogus charge. it definitely doesn't taste like coffee but to me it doesn't taste horrible either.. but I'd also like to know too did you click the subscription when you ordered or did you pick the one-time payment because that's where people get tripped up They accidentally clicked the subscription so yeah they will send you another bag each month. you can obviously cancel that subscription but I do believe once they ship out that second bag because you signed up for the subscription I don't believe a refund is offered for that... but you could definitely cancel after. hope u were able to get it resolved

hi there so i wasnt taking this to lose weight my sole purpose was to just stop drinking coffee..i also do intermittent fasting so i wouldn't b able to say it was the coffee that made me lose weight. i mentioned in the video i didn't notice any of the other claims that they referred to. however i did do a follow up on this to say i did notice that since drinking this i no longer have night sweats..which has been huge for me👍🏾

I do not care for this mushroom coffee substitute. When I ordered, I didn't realize I'd be on auto-delivery. A.I. Alex just keeps telling what I could substitute buy or delay my order. The customer service is non existent.I've gone to the website to cancel. The Cancel button never is highlighted to click on . I've had to cancel my credit card and get a new number. If for no other reason for the hassle I've been going through for 6 months, I'd never deal with the company again.

To me, the plain RYZE without sugar or creamer, reminds me of ... savory beef broth? Not bad, not at all just not like coffee. But with sugar and creamer... I adore it! I will give this product a shot I will buy this product next time I get paid I am a big person on health foods especially organic products. I am a little confused when Ryze says it's a 100% organic ingredients I'm just a little puzzled on that because any kind of organic products if it's foods or supplement products when it says on the back of a label organic ingredients it should have the organic stamp symbol on the product of the food or supplements. To me I think this is false advertising because it's not right for a product that says 100% to me I think this is false advertising because it's not right for a product that says 100% organic ingredients when it doesn't have the stamp organic symbol on it. But I will buy this product because it does look delicious and it does have some health benefits to it and sometimes it can take at least a couple months for a product like this to benefit a person's body on top of that everyone's body is different and it reacts differently. When I do buy this product I'm going to buy some hazelnut creamer I don't like to put too much creamer in my coffee because I like a balance of the taste of the coffee and the creamer at the same time. I have family that used to drink coffee and I remember that one of my brothers used to take regular black coffee and put about four to five tablespoons of sugar in his coffee and non-dairy creamer and that was so disgusting to me because you're not going to taste the coffee only thing that you going to taste is the sugar and the creamer and that's just too much for me because we all know that eating too much processed sugars can cause more inflammation in the body and is not healthy for your gut also eating too much sugars can feed cancer cells and the person's body and on top of that did you know that sugar can be more addicting than doing drugs. I wanted to say to this beautiful black lady I wanted to let you know you did a very good job explaining this product and what your thoughts about it and how you felt of the taste of it....✍️✝️❤️

Ha! Yes... this with no flavor assistance is a hot mess. It's cool. I put it in a cup and run hot water into it from my Keurig. I use a creamer that has brown sugar in ti and stevia pack. I sipped the last drops the got cold in my cup and it had some residue let in it. GAGGED!
