In the same manner SC collegium took decisions 😂😂😂 Funny thing about SC For transparency they publish remarks of the central government in public. Which is a good initiative. BUT Collegium meeting notes secret 😂😂😂 no transperancy. SC judges saying that more transparency can demolish institution 😂😂😂 funny argument. SC wants transparency from every institution but they are god lords so they don't need it. 😂😂😂😂

Really? Appointment is not a judicial function but an executive function. So it's not come under the independent judiciary 😂 The problem is people doesn't understand the power gain by SC with a judicial verdict. Which is harmful to democracy. SC judges miss using discriminatory powers against nature law of justice. Example mai hi law interpret Karu mere hi mamale me sala constitution ke kuch bhi ho 😂😂😂

I don't modya aaye ya Rahul but majority se aane ko hona. Judicial reform should be first bill. One time people of India should show judiciary power that they want judiciary under the constitution not above the constitution
