Lorentz: good job. You’ve really set the standard. More and more people are buying $2k boards as their first, and spending upwards of $3k upgrading it. You could well be the next #1 premium board. Look forward to saving up for this. Scotty: Always great videos. To answer your question, now that you’ve ridden so many boards, I would compare things like deck flex, acceleration, or weight etc. to supper common first boards. This would be a good way to contrast this feels a lot like the hadean deck on my feet, it accelerates twice as fast as an exway flex, rides almost as soft as a propel endeavor, much quieter than a lacroix gear drive, etc. Then there’s a better baseline for others.

I wish all skateboard companies had discrete shipping because fedex/ups will steal packages that have a big as electric skateboard sign on it . They mark it as delivered or undelivered due to inclement weather then they put it in their car 😕

Looks absolutely unreal! I do wish that the lights on top were pointing the other way if that makes sense.. they look like a play button but they point the wrong way if you’re standing so that you can read the writing. Unless they’re meant to point to the nose, in which case I wish the writing was underneath them running parallel to the trucks. OCD I guess 🤷🏼♂️ Can’t wait for the full review and range test 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Really happy you got hold of this board and can’t wait to hear your thoughts. I ordered one a week ago. Right now I’m really loving my Onsra Velar. I sold off several boards that weren’t doin it for me to finance the purchase of the Lorentz Major V2. At the end of the day for me its not the specs but how it feels when riding one. I have my fingers crossed the Lorentz will give me that awesome feeling.

Nice; definitely high on my wish list; currently AU$5k with the discount they supply on their website. Bummer that it does not have much flex I was hoping that being a wooden deck it would have a bit of old school flex to assist in carving. Love everything about it, I am actually in the process of adding Omni AT gear drive to my Hadean Bamboo, currently waiting for a gear pulley puller to take the gear off of the electric motor shaft, installing these gear drives is not a simple walk in the park. Looking forward to your full review, enjoy Perth.

if you can find an appropriate hill, it would be awesome to see if you can organize an "AT/ street shootout" dkwan did one back in 2021 in the hills and found some interesting results, especially when some of the brands (namely evolve) had been spouting claims about superior power or quality compared to other brands. dont mean to specifically call out evolve there but that was what was happening at the time there would obviously need to be some baselines setout to make it as fair as possible but if it were possible to organize that'd be awesome to see. especially considering how far AT boards have come in the past couple years.

Lorentz team nailed it with this board. 15A fast charger sounds awesome especially for race days, and I’m curious to know how well the battery holds up to that level of charging. Really excited to try it out at Esk8con.

would you recommend lorentz major or acedeck n3? I feel like the cheaper n3 is better than the more expensivve one since it uses p42a vs samsung 50e 🤢. theres barely a difference in range so going with a worse battery for bigger motors which don't even matter makes the cheaper n3 the better board in my mind. Even Mooch scoffed at 50e used for eskate and Mooch is the number one battery expert in the world lol. But out of cheaper n3 and lorentz major which do you think is better and why? For riding style, I rip it full speed down mountains on my regular longboards and tynee ultra but want a more powerful board and have to decide between these two. Thanks!
