Absolutely phenomenal 👏, a couple of ideas i had was maybe add some sort of drainage system to the inside of the wash tunnel so there would be no water leaking. Another idea I had was to add more decor to the tunnel itself like outside lights to indicate the carwash was in use or add doors and windows to view what's going on inside the wash. another idea for this build is maybe a sign to indicate where the car should stop or could have a voice telling the driver what to do. and maybe you could add a inside the car camera view to kinda have a 1st person view camera shot. Not saying that the carwash itself was bad this is one if not the best scale model i have seen but those were some ideas to help you out 😁👍

I appreciate that!! I actually have some full wash bays with windows doors and vacuums! I will work on more inside the car views with my other Wash. this wash was an experimental wash so I didn’t expect much from it. As soon as I construct the new bay, it will have lights entry and more signage! Thanks again for your suggestions as I have yet to incorporate all of them into one video

I love your brush material. I made my first model carwash in 2006 and my last in 2009. In 2020 I started working on a ryko premier plus and have only picked up the project again in the past couple of weeks. I would love to know what you use. I used to use lycra/spandex wich worked well and developed my own brush core system. Glad to see you still making model carwashes. Once Im done maby I can share some ideas.
@jrwash1962 Жыл бұрын
Thank you! I used medical tourniquets for the brush material and roll paper core for the brush core. This material seems to work better for me when soaked with water. However, I will get back to using foam for the brushes.

Woahhh that’s awesome!! Hey dude I have a question, are you using some sort of computer to control each cycle of the wash or do you have some sort of controller that operates everything?
@jrwash19622 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot!! My car washes are manually controlled via a control board. I do have microcontrollers that can control the wash on their own but I have not reactivated them yet.

@@jrwash1962 Oh nice!!! I thought you had a computer running it all looool 😂🤣
@jrwash19622 жыл бұрын
@@britishcarfan9601 I chose not to run it off of a computer only because I have more free reign over the types of Wash cycles it’s capable of. Pretty soon, I will reimplement the microcontroller software into the systems. But I need to finish several phases of research and development first such as with the perfection of the tri foam delivery system. I’m working on it though!
