Yep. My big goal (when I reach my goal) is to do another walk or bike a thon. When I was in high school I lost a lot of weight and then entered a 10k walk-a-thon and then later on a 30k Bike a thon. Want to do that again. WIll have to see how the knees are doing...lol

To me those mean more then the number on the scale...I just went through almost 4 months with that number moving up and down the same 5 pounds and finally I had a wooosh and the weight caught up to the non scale victories!!! In the time the numbers weren't changing I had actually lost 2 sizes!!!!

Isn't that odd how that can happen? Your mind keeps telling you that if the scale hasn't moved then you are not losing weight. But to lose 2 sizes and the scales staying the same is just mind blowing. Congratulations.
