I disagree because I didn’t have the time or knowledge of doing what she did for my hair based on my hair needs. Understand that when you use services from anyone, you are paying for their years of experience, knowledge and they also have bills they have to pay to maintain to give the service in the first place. As a black woman with 4c hair, I have spent years trying to learn about my hair on KZbin, wasted way more money on products that youtubers told me would work for my hair when in fact they didn’t. Her services are essential because hair care is specific to each of us which is why a specialist is important. She also teaches her clients how to do their hair at home which doesn’t warrant us having to go to her every month. When I go, it’s my way of self caring and pampering myself and that’s something worth spending on
