AYURVEDIC HEAD SPA| SHIRODHARA| USING AYURVEDIC HAIR OILS TO GROW YOUR HAIR LONG

For this video, I went to another head spa. Instead of the usual Japanese Head Spa, This is an Ayurvedic head spa which uses ancient Indian practices and Indian oils to grow your hair. This Ayurveda therapy is called Shirodhara which is when hair growth oils and Shirodhara oils specifically sesame oil are poured on your forehead. This is for hair health and body health..very relaxing and calming. This Indian hair growth experience was amazing and the Shirodhara benefits are great to grow your hair long.
