I’m a massage therapist in nyc-it’s prob from how you picked something up.. try and lie on the ground and foam roll out your back a bit.. rest on the flat floor and try some heat from a heating pad. When you get up tho-roll OVER and push yourself up,don’t lean up and hurt it more. Hope you feel better soon! ❤
