I wish the federal government would fund the peoples call-center 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days a year. If they can spend $87 billion on new IRS agents. The problem is, if you don't have a means of stopping the scan and you then payback the victims. Your going to go broke very fast. The call centre needs to be on with its phone company and should have the right to break into the live call. The phoning on another line is bogus. Old people can hardly handle one call on their phone at a time. Besides that, the scammers are on to it and tell them not to answer the other call or they will lose all their money.

Seeing this video has brought happy tears. Some back story: I lost my mother last year after she suffered a heart attack. The day before her heart attack she fell prey to Paypal refund scam. I 100% blame the scammers for her death. Seeing the best of the best assemble has made me happier than I could ever describe. I watch (and subscribe) to each of you all individually- I absolutely love Pierogi, Pleasant Green, and Trinity Media. I spend my entire day at work fixing the messes these scammers leave behind. We talk about your videos and ways to prevent this. I strive to leave them with a little more control of their lives, a little laughter, and little less fear. But your videos make my day and this specific video has been my favorite. I got scammed out of 90 dollars back in 2016 when my partner and I were trying to get a new kitten. While it wasn't nearly as much as a lot of victims, it still was frustrating. Thank you to what you all are doing for victims. These scammers need to be exposed and be added to some type of 'wanted list' in the US and other countries. If that person ever sets foot on American soil, he/she should be arrested and face the consequences, do time and then deported back to their country. At a minimum, they should be put on a list where they could NEVER apply for any type of travel VISA. Considering all these scammers are young and have some type of education, coming to the US is probably on their dream list. This should scare the shit out of many.

I am speechless. I am from a country that, luckily, does not get THIS KIND of organised scam thing for a variety of reasons, including language barrier, lack of diversity and banking system (credit card transactions are double-verification process so nobody will call you about suspicious transactions etc.). Our scammers are nearly entrely LOCAL and their success is based on old people not reading fine-print contracts. You are doing an amazing thing and I watch you all religiously.

I think some serious companies need to start thinking about funding you guys. Chargebacks, hours of customer support and investigations can't be cheap. Keep up the amazing work! MANY YEARS ago I just happened to be visiting my folks when I heard my father talking about remote desktop settings. I strolled in to see what was up and knew something was up. Asked him what was going on and took the phone. 2 indian voices talking nonsense. He was just about to connect his comp to theirs so I got there just in time. A few choice words and they hung up.. My father was CRUSHED. His whole life had dealt with new technology from 22 years in AF Space Command developing and testing ICBMs to working on the first GPS satellites (Navstar) and launching them into space in the late 1970s. He Ret after a stint in the Pentagon then worked in Aerospace on projects I still don't know about. We had a computer since 1980. He loved new tech and B ` 11N

I appreciate what you and the team are doing. I work on the front line of a financial institution and I see on a daily basis people sending money and I know they are being scammed. I try and our whole team try to explain that they are being manipulated and pressured to send money. However, the scammers tend to have more power over these innocent, vulnerable individuals. I wish we could do more than refuse their business because they just go across the street (as instructed by these scammers) and open a new account and continue to be taken advantage of.
