Great conversation yes when ever thinking about moving to another country is do your research. About that country you would like to move to and learn the language first and foremost! Know that country laws and regulations also learn the ends and out about buying land. Don’t just jump because it might be cheap use the right channels to buy land so you don’t get scammed…

When you're coming from a place where when you buy property its legit and you have a court system that can deal with issues if things go wrong to a very corrupt half functioning system with a bunch of scamming going on not much is going to stay. Don't rule out the real possibility that the criminal impersonator is from America/Diaspora. The worst mistake anyone can make is to assume that just because someone is from the Diaspora, he or she has integrity and can be trusted to do right. No, there are several on the continent scamming unsuspecting brothers and sisters.
