Due to Language barrier, scams in vietnam is everywhere! In our case, we booked this vip limousine van tour from Ninh Binh to Hanoi Old Quarter for easy transportation.
as per the booking company, we will ride a VIP Limousine van from Ninh Binh to our HOTEL in Hanoi!.
the Van really came and pick us up in Ninh Binh, but after 15mins drive to the intersection of Ninh Binh and in the huge highway. they transfer us to another limousine van that will took us to Hanoi.
From Hanoi, the driver advice us to transfer again to a smaller AUV wherein they force use to ride it to Hanoi Old Quarter! the car is very small for 6 foreigners with luggage.
we are very disappoint on this set up! this is not beyond the agreement!
