Last September I spent two weeks in the Czech Republic. One morning at 9:00 AM, I checked for exchange office near Palladium mall in Prague and one of these guys approached me and suggested to give me good rate. I followed him to one exchange office which was closed and told me that the owner of this office is his boss (he was lying!) and the office will open after one hour and suggested to complete the deal with him instead of waiting. I was about to give him my money then I suddenly realized is is scam thanks to your videos which I watched ton of them before my trip.

From the looks of it, the police don't care or are getting kick backs for letting them do it. I tried, and from my experience the police in Prague is very well aware of the problem, but their hands are tied by lax legislation. I wanted to report one of them Vietnamese-run scam tobacco shops selling cigarettes for twice the price, and the policemen just sighed and said that all they can do is go there and give them a fine, which they will easily pay and then that's it. They cannot do more than the law allows them to.
