Janek please look into the Ramada hotel in central Prague. They charge tourists on leaving for 'damage' at their hotel. The hotel is incredibly run down with multiple problems. Top tip for those who decide to risk staying - document all damage immediately on arrival so reception know you have made them aware ;-)

Last September I spent two weeks in the Czech Republic. One morning at 9:00 AM, I checked for exchange office near Palladium mall in Prague and one of these guys approached me and suggested to give me good rate. I followed him to one exchange office which was closed and told me that the owner of this office is his boss (he was lying!) and the office will open after one hour and suggested to complete the deal with him instead of waiting. I was about to give him my money then I suddenly realized is is scam thanks to your videos which I watched ton of them before my trip.

From the looks of it, the police don't care or are getting kick backs for letting them do it. It's just like places in the US don't allow soliciting in certain areas or businesses.
